Stephanie Kim

Stephanie Kim joined Perley Health as the Manager of Resident Care for the Ottawa building.

Stephanie is a familiar face to many. She came to us from the RNAO (Registered Nurses Association of Ontario) where she worked as a LTC Best Practice Coordinator and was Perley Health's BPSO coach (Best Practice Spotlight Organization).

Stephanie has a wealth of knowledge and experience, and is extremely valuable in her new manager role. She is very passionate about resident-centered care. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of New Brunswick and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Ottawa. She has worked as a PSW, a RAI coordinator, a RN team leader in LTC and holds a Canadian Nurses Association certification in Gerontological Nursing. She is also working towards completing the Long-Term Care Executive Administrator Program.
