  • During the pandemic, all short-stay programs are closed and tours of our long-term care home are not permitted

Perley Health provides various types of long-term, convalescent and respite care. Ontario Health atHome (formerly Home and Community Care Services Champlain) determines eligibility for our care programs. Note that pandemic restrictions forced us to temporarily suspend some of our care programs and tours.
