Rachel Stoparczyk

Rachel has been the Coordinator, Volunteer Services at the Perley Health since 2014. Prior to joining Perley Health she served as Coordinator, Volunteer Resources & Quality at the Ottawa Children’s Treatment Centre and Manager, Recruitment & Referral Services at Volunteer Ottawa.

Rachel is a graduate of Trent University. She was awarded a Certificate, Management of Volunteer Resources from Algonquin College in 2005. In 2014, Rachel earned the CVA designation through the Council for Certification in Volunteer Administration.

Rachel has an extensive volunteer history, including roles with the Canadian Journal of Volunteer Resource Management, HR Council for the Non-profit Sector, Ottawa Administrators of Volunteer Resources, Professional Administrators of Volunteer Resources – Ontario (PAVR-O), the Distress Centre of Ottawa & Region, the Ottawa-Carleton Association for Persons with Developmental Disabilities, Citizen Advocacy and Big Sisters.
