Ken Hughes, Board Member

Kenneth (Ken) Hughes is the former Auditor General for the City of Ottawa. Ken has been engaged throughout his career, in the fields of audit, fraud investigation, internal control review, property taxation, and financial management. Ken has taught in the areas of audit, internal control and finance in private industry and both federal and municipal governments. He has served and chaired on many boards and committees in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors for financial and health organizations, information technology firms and industry associations. Ken is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (retired CFE). He has earned an MBA, a Bachelor of Commerce and an ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors, Rotman School of Management.
