Katrin Spencer

Katrin Spencer, Director, Strategy, Partnerships, and Growth, is responsible for cultivating strategic partnerships and driving sustainable growth by aligning with partners to achieve the strategic goals of Perley Health. She joined Perley Health in 2019 as the Manager of Seniors' Village Expansion. In 2021 her role expanded to Director, Senior Living Portfolio & Community Programs. 

Previously, Katrin led the Long-Term Care Redevelopment and the roll out of a co-design strategy for the Seniors' Village at Arnprior Regional Health.

Katrin holds a Master in Health Administration from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Science, Neuroscience, from the University of British Columbia. 

When Katrin is not busy raising her two sons, she enjoys being a violist in an Ottawa-based orchestra.
